Heather Weston has more than fifteen years of experience helping public service organizations
accomplish meaningful, measurable results. She has been responsible for
large-scale leadership, culture change and organizational change agendas.
She has also served as a consultant to diverse human service organizations at
every stage of their organizational development from start-ups to large-scale
public sector institutions. Most recently, Heather has been working on projects that
leverage information technology to help organizations improve outcomes for children and families.
In addition to serving on non-profit boards, Heather was a co-founder of a Washington DC charter school,
the Cesar Chavez Public Charter High School for Public Policy and serves on the
Dean's Council for NYU's Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
Heather received a Master of Public Administration from the Wagner School and received
her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Tufts University. Heather lives
in Brooklyn with her husband and daughter.
